Puthuppariaram Grama Panchayat is a Grama Panchayat located in Malampuzha Block of Palakkad Taluk of Palakkad District in Kerala. Spread over two villages, Puthuppariaram One and Puthuppariaram Two, this Panchayat has an area of 12.87 sq km. The boundaries of this Panchayat are Malampuzha Panchayat and Reserve Forest on the north, Akatethara Panchayat on the east, Palakkad Municipality and Pirayiri Panchayat on the south, and Parali and Mundoor Panchayats on the west. Puthuppariaram Grama Panchayat was formed on 28 December 1961.
